About Us
D&G Creator Connect is a new division of D&G Consultants, designed to bring together User-Generated Content (UGC) creators and brands for exciting collaborations.
Our platform offers content creators paid brand deals, product testing opportunities, and exclusive industry insights. We’re looking for a highly organized and social media-savvy Virtual Assistant (VA) to help us recruit and onboard content creators into our growing community.
If you have experience in influencer outreach, social media marketing, and creator recruitment, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of something big!

What You’ll Be Doing
Your role will be to find, recruit, and onboard UGC content creators who will join our membership and collaborate with our partner brands.

Key Responsibilities:
? Creator Outreach & Recruitment
Research and identify micro-influencers, UGC creators, and social media content producers.
Conduct personalized outreach via Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and creator platforms.
Engage with creators in Facebook groups, online communities, and influencer networks.
Manage inbound applications and onboard new creators.
? Social Media & Community Growth
Help manage D&G Creator Connect’s social media pages (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Post engaging content to attract new members.
Respond to DMs and comments, guiding creators on how to join.
? Onboarding & Engagement
Provide new members with onboarding materials, FAQs, and next steps.
Track engagement and follow up with inactive members.
Assist in organizing webinars, live Q&A sessions, and exclusive member events.
? Tracking & Reporting
Maintain an up-to-date database of signed-up creators.
Track conversion rates from outreach efforts.
Provide weekly reports on recruitment numbers and engagement trends.

Who We’re Looking For
???? Social Media Savvy – You know how Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn work for creators.
???? Strong Communication Skills – You can write engaging outreach messages to attract creators.
???? Experience in Influencer/Creator Recruitment – You’ve worked with creator marketing or influencer outreach before.
???? Highly Organized – You can manage large databases of content creators and track results.
???? Self-Motivated & Proactive – You take initiative and come up with new ways to attract creators.
???? Marketing & Community Building Knowledge – Understanding of how UGC content works and why brands need creators.

???? Outreach & Creator Platforms: Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, Twitter.
???? Tracking & CRM: Google Sheets, HubSpot, Trello, Notion, Airtable.
