Web Developer

**Job Description**:
As an Experienced Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining responsive websites, web applications, and mobile applications. You will work closely with the design, product, and backend teams to create seamless and intuitive user experiences. Your expertise in front-end and back-end technologies will be crucial in delivering high-quality solutions for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Update and maintain existing websites, ensuring they are responsive, fast, and optimized for various devices and platforms.
- Design, develop, and deploy web applications using modern technologies and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue, Node.js, etc.).
- Create cross-platform mobile applications using frameworks like React Native, Flutter, or similar.
- Work collaboratively with the design team to implement UI/UX designs into functional web and mobile interfaces.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, optimizing performance and ensuring website and app security.
- Integrate third-party services, APIs, and databases into applications.
- Ensure websites and apps are SEO-friendly and meet accessibility standards.
- Continuously research and implement the latest web and mobile development best practices, tools, and technologies.
- Collaborate in agile project cycles with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver quality results on time.

**Required Skills & Experience**:
- Proven experience as a Web Developer, with a strong portfolio of completed projects (websites, web apps, mobile apps).
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.).
- Experience with mobile app development (React Native, Flutter, Swift, Kotlin, etc.).
- Strong understanding of API integrations, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud services (AWS, Firebase, etc.).
- Experience with version control systems like Git and GitHub/Bitbucket.
- Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-first design principles.
- Solid understanding of web performance, security best practices, and SEO.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and within a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.).

**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with server-side technologies (Node.js, Express, Django, etc.).
- Experience in Progressive Web App (PWA) development.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Familiarity with DevOps processes and CI/CD pipelines.
