The Role:
We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant who is highly skilled in Go High Level and ClickUp to support our CEO, team members, and clients. This role requires someone detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and proactive in streamlining workflows and ensuring projects move forward efficiently.

This is a remote contract role with flexible hours, estimated at 10 hours per week, with potential for growth as our business expands.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Administrative & Marketing Support

Email
and calendar management – Keep communications organised and schedules running smoothly
CRM updates and management.
Document and lead magnet creation – Assist in creating business resources and marketing assets

Email
marketing and automation – Set up and manage EDM campaigns, forms, and workflows
Website and blog updates – Maintain content and support digital presence
Podcast scheduling – Ensure episodes are scheduled and published seamlessly
Launch and workflow execution – Implement strategies for business growth
Lead generation and social media engagement – Connect with potential clients and foster engagement
Graphic design in Canva – Create compelling visuals for social media and marketing

Client & Team Support:
Provide operational and administrative support to clients
Ensure deadlines and deliverables are met with efficiency and professionalism
Communicate with clients and team members to keep projects moving forward
Assist with ClickUp and Go High-Level setup, automation, and workflows
Help manage client projects and streamline processes

Tech & Office Setup:
Must have a reliable internet connection and a secure, quiet workspace
Availability during ACDT/AEST business hours (Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney) essential
Disclose any existing client or agency commitments to ensure workload balance
Comfortable using ClickUp for project management

In this role, you’ll be working with:
Go High Level (Required)
ClickUp (Required)
Canva (For social media and marketing assets)
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail)
Zapier (Preferred but not required)
Familiarity with these tools is highly preferred, but we’re open to candidates who are quick learners.

We’re looking for candidates with:
At least 2 years of experience in a similar Virtual Assistant, Operations, or Marketing Support role
Experience working with coaches, consultants, or service-based businesses is a plus
A proactive, self-motivated approach to problem-solving
