Beginner VFX Video Editor

Are you a passionate beginner video editor, eager to level up your skills and bring your creative visions to life? If you're obsessed with video editing and have a burning desire to learn and grow, even WITHOUT professional experience, we NEED you!

We're looking for a video editing enthusiast to join our team and work on some seriously exciting projects, including content for the Kash Believes Podcast (check us out on YouTube!). We're talking dynamic edits, eye-catching transitions, and yes, even the chance to dive into VFX – think along the lines of the awesome Upgrade to see actual info creates on Instagram! If you've dabbled in VFX for your own passion projects, even better!

This isn't your typical corporate gig. We're all about fostering creativity and helping budding editors like you flourish.

What You'll Be Doing (the fun stuff):
- Bringing our videos to the next level with killer edits, dynamic transitions, and captivating visual effects.
- Working on a variety of projects, including content for the Kash Believes Podcast, giving you a chance to explore different styles and techniques.
- Collaborating with a team that's just as passionate about video as you are.
- Learning and growing your skills in a supportive and inspiring environment.

What You'll Need (the essentials):
- A genuine passion for video editing and a hunger to learn.
- Familiarity with CapCut and other video editing tools (Adobe After Effects is a plus!).
- An understanding of video storytelling and a keen eye for detail.
- A portfolio of your work, even if it's just passion projects (VFX attempts encouraged!). Show us what you've got!

Here’s a bit more about the role and its benefits:
- Base Pay: $480
- Opportunities for Growth and Rewards: Consistent, high-quality performance can lead to career advancement, raises, and bonuses.
- Holidays: We observe and accommodate Philippine holidays.
- Flexible Schedule: Typically 2 PM to 10 PM PH time, Tuesday to Saturday, but we can adjust based on availability.
