Foundational Marketing Hub (FMH) is a niche-focused digital marketing agency that helps foundation repair and waterproofing companies build their online presence through powerful branding, compelling content, and high-converting visuals.

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team and bring engaging, visually appealing designs to life. If you love working on social media content, marketing materials, and web graphics, while also analyzing design performance to improve engagement, this role is for you!

???? About the Role
As our Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging graphics for both FMH and our clients. You’ll work on a variety of projects, including social media posts, blog visuals, website graphics, presentations, and marketing materials.

This is not just a design role—you’ll also be responsible for maintaining brand consistency, optimizing content based on performance data, and ensuring designs effectively communicate key messages.

???? In this role, you will:
? Design high-quality social media graphics, marketing materials, and web visuals.
? Work with multiple brands in the foundation repair and waterproofing industry.
? Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print materials.
? Optimize visuals based on engagement data and performance tracking.

???? Key Responsibilities
???? Graphic Design & Branding
Create 20+ high-quality social media graphics per month per client.
Design blog headers, website graphics, sales materials, and promotional visuals.
Develop lead magnets, brochures, checklists, and other marketing assets.
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and client expectations.
Maintain a strong understanding of design trends, typography, and color theory.
???? Performance-Driven Design
Monitor engagement metrics to identify which visuals drive the best results.
Adjust design strategies based on analytics and audience feedback.
Present data-driven recommendations to improve content effectiveness.
???? Collaboration & Workflow Management
Work with content writers, marketing strategists, and social media managers.
Receive and incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders.
Manage design requests, deadlines, and revisions efficiently.
Stay organized and maintain a content library of reusable assets.
? Tools & Software
Primary Tool: Canva (Quick-turnaround designs).
Bonus Skills: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (For advanced projects).
Experience with scheduling tools (Hootsuite, GoHighLevel, Buffer) is a plus.
? Who We’re Looking For
Required Skills & Qualifications:
? 2+ years of experience in graphic design, branding, or marketing design.
? Strong portfolio showcasing social media graphics, web visuals, and marketing materials.
? Proficiency in Canva (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
? Excellent layout, typography, and branding skills.
? Ability to create scroll-stopping social media content.
? Strong attention to detail—pixel-perfect designs are a must!
? Time management & organization skills—must be able to handle multiple projects at once.
? Experience collaborating with marketing teams and implementing brand guidelines.
? Strong problem-solving skills—able to take feedback and make strategic design improvements.

Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Required):
? Experience in home service industries (foundation repair, waterproofing, construction, etc.).
? Knowledge of video content creation (short-form videos, GIFs, or animations).
? Experience with data-driven design (A/B testing, conversion optimization).
? Familiarity with social media engagement trends and marketing best practices.
