About Us:
We are a fast-growing lead generation company in Australia that helps home services contractors get high-quality leads. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to book appointments with potential clients for our sales team.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and messages to warm and cold leads.
Qualify potential clients and schedule sales appointments.
Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to increase conversion rates.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in our CRM.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of booked calls.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales.
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Experience using CRM software (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar).
Stable internet connection and a good-quality headset.
