Work hours: Between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST
Work days: Monday-Friday
Salary: $5 - $6 per hour depending on experience

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Administrative Assistant to provide administrative, customer service, and digital support. The ideal candidate will assist with data management, scheduling, communications, and digital content creation

Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry & Management: Maintain and update records with accuracy.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Email & Text Management: Sort, prioritize, and respond to messages; send newsletters.
- Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Executive Assistance: Provide administrative support to senior managers.
- Travel & Logistics Arrangements: Book flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Document Preparation: Create reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Digital Content Creation: Graphic design, video editing, and Photoshop tasks.
- Web & Software Development: Assist in website design and software solutions.
- Digital Marketing: Manage paid ads, SEO, copywriting, and email marketing.

Basic Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a relevant administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in customer service, marketing, or digital content creation is a plus.
- Familiarity with graphic design, video editing, or web development is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.

Basic Requirements:
- Must be proficient in speaking and writing English very clearly.
- Must have relevant work experience.
- Be able to submit an NBI clearance or Local Police Clearance background check if requested.
- Must be available for video meetings with your camera on.
- Must have no other clients during required work hours.

Technical Requirements:
- Device: Reliable laptop or desktop computer.
- Internet: High-speed connection (minimum 10 Mbps).
- Audio: Noise-canceling headset.
- Video: Webcam for virtual meetings.
- Workspace: Quiet, professional environment.
