JOB OVERVIEW

Visualiser needed to complete 2D logistics plans for Construction Tenders and 3D Methodologies including building the 3D Model and annotating.

We are a Melbourne-based construction company in Australia, looking to outsource the visualisation of the key construction components in our Tender Submissions for clients (i.e. trying to win work!) We typically do 1 - 2 Tender Submissions a month, so ideally we will find someone we can work with on an ongoing basis that can complete the work within a 3-week timeframe.

Skills you need:

Graphic Design: Our preference is for someone who can use Adobe Creative suite.

3D Modelling: No preference for modelling software - as long as it looks the way we're after! Buildings are typically Apartments, schools or offices, 3+ levels

Construction know-how: Ability to interpret written methodology, architectural drawings, construction programs and structure to determine key stages to depict and annotate.

Typical Process:

1. We will provide scope of works which could include a mix of 1-3 2D's & 5 - 10 3D's: 2D Logistics, Site Establishment & Access Plans, 2D or 3D Crane Installation, 3D Demolition Works, Construction stages, Structural works, Roofing, External Works/Landscaping.
2. We will provide Architectural Documentation, construction program and PDF markup of logistics plan for re-design, alongside a brand guide as to look and feel of visuals.
3. Kick off with briefing session if required to align on requirements and output.
4. You to then send 2D drafts for revision ~1 week from kick off
5. You to send 3D's for revision ~2 weeks from kick off
5. You to action revisions and deliver finals ~3 weeks from kick off

We love working as a team and look forward to collaborating with you to deliver some great docs for our next Tender Submission :)
