**Job Overview:**
We seek a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our team with administrative tasks, social media management, and client communication. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and organise emails, appointments, and calendars.
- Assist in social media management, including content scheduling and engagement.
- Support with LinkedIn outreach and email marketing campaigns.
- Conduct research and compile reports on market trends and property investments.
- Coordinate Zoom consultations and meetings with potential investors and clients.
- Maintain and update client information in Zoho CRM.
- Assist in the preparation of property investment presentations and documents.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role.
- Familiarity with property investment terminology and processes.
- Proficient in using Zoho CRM, ClickUp, and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience with email marketing and LinkedIn outreach is a plus.

**What We Offer:**
- Flexible working hours.
- We pay $8 an hour for a Virtual Assistant working 5 hours a week; the weekly salary would be $40.
