Amazon Virtual Assistant (Some eBay Experience)

Job Type: Part-Time (with potential for more hours and higher pay as the business grows)
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Amazon Virtual Assistant to help manage and optimize our Amazon store. The role will start as part-time, but there is room for growth in both hours and pay as our business expands.
You will be responsible for daily account monitoring, listing creation (via flat file), inventory management, customer service, and PPC strategy & ads. Some eBay experience is also required, as listing on eBay will be part of your responsibilities. Any additional eBay skills are a plus!

???? Responsibilities:
? Daily Monitoring of Amazon Account – Check for account health issues, respond to alerts, and ensure everything is running smoothly.
? Listing Creation & Optimization – Create new product listings using flat files, ensure correct variations, keywords, and SEO-friendly descriptions.
? Inventory Management – Monitor stock levels, and alert on any issues to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
? Customer Service – Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and handle returns professionally.
? PPC Strategy & Ads – Manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns to improve sales and ROI.
? eBay Listings – Create and optimize product listings on eBay. Additional eBay skills (such as eBay SEO, promotions, or store management) are a bonus!

?? Experience managing an Amazon store (Seller Central knowledge is a must).
?? Proficiency in flat file listing creation.
?? Understanding of Amazon PPC and ad optimization.
?? Experience with inventory management.
?? Strong customer service skills.
?? Some experience with eBay listing and sales.
?? Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive.
?? Good communication skills in English.
