We operate multiple businesses, including a high-performing lead generation company and a marketing services division. We specialize in Gold IRAs, financial services, and direct response marketing. We need a creative and organized leader to take ownership of our marketing execution, design high-converting funnels, and optimize our digital presence.

What You’ll Be Doing
? Custom Website & Funnel Design

Build and optimize landing pages, sales funnels, and full websites
Expert-level experience in Go High Level for funnel automation and lead tracking
Conduct weekly A/B testing to improve conversions
Ensure seamless user experience & high engagement
? Email Marketing

Write & design engaging email campaigns (Klaviyo preferred)
Manage & optimize weekly email send-outs
Create high-converting sequences & automations
? Social Media Management

Oversee social media posting & engagement
Create high-quality, visually engaging content (Posts, banners, infographics)
Work with internal teams to improve audience growth & engagement
? Lead Generation & Content Creation

Develop monthly eBooks, lead magnets, and marketing guides
Oversee design & branding for new marketing materials
Optimize content for multi-channel promotion (email, social, ads)
? Website & Brand Management

Make necessary website updates, bug fixes, and performance optimizations
Ensure all design assets are organized, up to date, and easily accessible
Handle any miscellaneous design work (banners, slides, PDFs)
What We’re Looking For
? Proven experience in custom website design & funnel building
? Expert-level knowledge of Go High Level (must have experience setting up funnels & automations)
? Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, Figma preferred)
? Experience in direct response marketing & A/B testing
? Knowledge of email marketing tools (Klaviyo preferred)
? Ability to manage projects & delegate tasks efficiently
? Organized, creative, and able to work independently
