Union Memver Outreach Coordinator

Overview: We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Union Member Outreach Coordinator. This position will play a key role in connecting union members with agents to help them understand their benefits. The Outreach Coordinator will make calls to union members using a CRM system, schedule appointments for them with agents, and facilitate the process of getting them into ZooUpgrade to see actual infoetings for benefit discussions.
