Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced CPA – US Tax Preparer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for tax preparation, compliance, financial analysis, and tax planning while working closely with clients and internal teams. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic fintech environment, supporting businesses with expert tax and accounting solutions.

Key Responsibilities
1) Prepare and review federal and state income tax returns for individuals and businesses.
2) Analyze, compile, and maintain financial and tax-related data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
3) Research tax laws, regulations, and financial transactions to assess their tax impact.
4) Assist in tax provision calculations and documentation.
5) Support tax planning and compliance efforts, along with other financial projects.

Skills & Qualifications Required:
1) Active CPA certification and strong knowledge of US GAAP and tax compliance.
2) Experience working onsite in the USA (Mandatory).
3) Proficiency in Drake Software.
4) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
5) Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling.

Preferred:
1) Background in fintech, startups, or financial services.
2) Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced tax planning strategies.
