Hello! We have a Wix Web Design agency, "KayBee Web Design", and support 100+ Wix websites for all types of business owners. Our agency supports all of our clients with website maintenance and changes needed to keep our client sites optimized and up to date.
This role would include:
- Fulfillment of design updates to existing websites submitted to clients via our help desk ticketing system

- Design of new websites from scratch using Wix (& Wix Studio) for the new clients
The majority of hours would be spent doing design work for our clients in Wix but

The Role
- Wix Website Updates: Comprehending tickets as submitted by clients, accessing their site via our Wix dashboard, and completing requests. Site maintenance includes but is not limited to: Copy updates, image updates, publishing products, new page designs, basic SEO initiatives, etc...
- Thorough and prompt communication with clients. Ensuring that clients are in the loop on ticket progress and informing them upon completion.
- Full Website Design: Building new client sites from scratch utilizing the Wix & Wix Studio Editors. Websites to be custom designed, responsive, and search optimized.
The Requirements
- 2+ years of prior marketing experience
- 2+ years of prior Wix experience
- Well-versed in consistent brand messaging
- Familiarity with help desk systems and customer touch points.
- Ability to conduct calls with clients and present website changes
