JOB OVERVIEW

Job Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Customer Support Agent to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in customer support, preferably in the software industry, who works well in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.

Position Details:
- Hours: Starts at 7 hours per week, with potential for full-time as we grow.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Customer Support Tickets: Handle all customer support requests across our product suite, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Help Center Articles: Proactively write and update articles for our help center to assist users with common issues and questions.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Proven background in customer support (senior-level preferred), ideally with software products.
- Customer-Centric: Strong focus on customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
- Skills: Detail-oriented, proactive, and a problem solver with excellent communication skills.
- Technical Requirements: High-speed internet for remote work.
