We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven Appointment Setter to help generate leads, engage in
Your role will focus on booking high-quality sales calls for our digital marketing and SEO services. You’ll be responsible for engaging with prospects, qualifying leads, and keeping track of all interactions inside Go High-Level (GHL).
This role includes a base pay plus commission for every closed deal from your booked calls—so the better you perform, the more you earn!
Responsibilities
~ Engage in
~ Identify leads in posts/comments – Respond strategically to attract interest and move conversations to DMs
~ Send DMs to potential clients – Start conversations, qualify leads, and move them toward booking a call
~ Follow up via phone calls when necessary – Call inbound leads who have shown interest but haven’t scheduled yet
~ Use scripts & personalize conversations – Keep it engaging while ensuring quality messaging
~ Qualify leads properly – Ask key questions to ensure they’re a good fit before scheduling a call
~ Schedule sales calls with high-potential prospects
~ Track conversations, leads, and appointments in Go High-Level (GHL) – Maintain organized records of all interactions
~ Follow up consistently – Nurture leads who don’t book right away to maximize conversions
Requirements
~ Fluent in English (both written and spoken) – Excellent grammar, clarity, and communication skills are a must!
~ Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, or lead generation preferred
~ Must be available to work 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST (U.S. Time)
~ Comfortable making phone calls – Willing to call inbound leads if needed for follow-ups
~ Familiarity with Go High-Level (GHL) or a willingness to learn it quickly
~ Self-motivated, organized, and proactive – You take initiative and stay on top of leads
~ Social media savvy – Comfortable engaging in
~ Resilient & goal-oriented – You’re not afraid of follow-ups and know how to handle objections
~ (Bonus) Experience doing digital marketing audits – If you can review SEO, Google Ads, or website performance, that’s a huge plus!
