JOB OVERVIEW

Our client is a a fast-growing demand generation and marketing firm specializing in data-driven decisions that drive revenue growth in the B2B space.

We're seeking a results-driven outbound SDR who thrives on the thrill of the hunt, possesses impeccable interpersonal skills, and consistently delivers quality opportunities.

As their first Outbound SDR hire, your mission will be to connect with ambitious founders, entrepreneurs, and early-stage brands ready to scale their marketing and sales operations, demonstrate how their business can accelerate their growth, and facilitate meaningful conversations with our founder.

**What Success Looks Like**

- Converting 50+ daily cold calls into meaningful conversations with decision-makers
- Building and nurturing a powerful LinkedIn presence through strategic comments, connections, InMail, and DMs
- Turning cold outreach into warm opportunities through sophisticated social selling
- Consistently booking 3-5 qualified appointments weekly through methodical prospecting
- Finding creative, professional pathways to connect with hard-to-reach prospects
- Maintaining pristine data hygiene in contact records, tasks, and sequence steps
- Embracing our "1?tter everyday" philosophy across all aspects of your role

**Required Experience & Qualities**

- 2+ years of quota-exceeding performance in high-volume B2B sales
- 1+ years of experience navigating HubSpot, with an emphasis on sales tools (contact records, sequences, templates, tasks, and other prospecting-relevant functions)
- 1+ years of experience leveraging LinkedIn Sales navigator for research and outreach.
- Proven ability to execute a high-volume (50+ daily) cold call strategy to US-based prospects
- Documented success in building relationships through LinkedIn's ecosystem (portfolio of examples/methodology required)
- Familiarity with creating and sending prospecting videos, like LinkedIn video DMs
- Exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous CRM documentation practices
- Natural self-starter with a competitive drive and analytical, 360-degree mindset
- Polished communication skills for C-suite interactions
- Availability for 40-hour workweek (9 hours daily, Mon-Fri, between 8 AM - 7 PM EST)
