Appointment Setter for Roofing Companies

Location: Remote (Philippines)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day (6PM - 10PM GMT +8)
Starting Salary: $4 per hour (with huge growth opportunities)

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Appointment Setter to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be making outbound calls to potential customers who have inquired about roof repairs. Your goal is to qualify leads and get them "quote ready" so our roofing partners can provide them with an accurate estimate.

Key Responsibilities
Call potential customers who have expressed interest in roof repairs
Engage in consultative sales conversations to understand their needs
Qualify leads and ensure they are ready to receive a quote
Schedule appointments for our roofing partners to provide estimates
Maintain detailed call notes and update CRM records

What We’re Looking For
Flawless spoken English – Clear, neutral accent preferred (UK accent is a plus)
Strong sales & persuasion skills – You must be confident and professional on the phone
Experience in sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting
Ability to handle objections and build trust with customers
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Good internet connection & quality headset
