[Job Purpose]
The Marketing Manager will spearhead our inbound marketing strategy and drive growth by creating high-impact campaigns, optimizing lead-generation funnels, and leveraging AI-driven tools. Reporting directly to the Founder & CEO, this role involves overseeing content creation, coordinating with external partners, and using data insights to shape our marketing roadmap. You’ll play a pivotal part in scaling IMEX, both by building new revenue opportunities and by championing bold ideas that push our company forward.

Success in this role will be measured by key performance indicators such as lead generation volume and quality, conversion rates, marketing ROI, and overall brand engagement.
[JOB RESPONSIBILITIES]
• Creating and leading the B2B Marketing strategy for the business, with a special focus on qualified inbound lead generation.
• Selecting & managing 3rd party Marketing service providers to ensure their work aligns with our marketing strategy.
• Managing our Social Media accounts, including creating content, and managing the Content calendar.
• Testing all our content, conversions, and providing results in data format so smart conversion decisions can be taken.
• Identify and implement AI-driven tools and marketing technologies to improve efficiency in content creation, lead nurturing, and analytics.
• Own the marketing analytics dashboard—track and report on KPIs, derive insights and optimize campaigns for improved ROI.
• Building & optimizing our "Partner Program".
• Creating and refining sales funnels and buyer personas.
• Writing & refining literature about the various services we have.
• Other marketing-related tasks.
You will be able to manage 1 or more assistants to support you in your day-to-day activities.
[REQUIREMENTS]
• 5+ years of Full-Time Hands-on Marketing experience, with a focus on building funnels and converting inbound leads for business-to-business purposes.
• Experience managing 3rd party service providers and direct reports.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content in a variety of formats, including social media, blog, and
• Experience using AI writing tools like Jasper, ChatGPT, and Gemini to generate content ideas and accelerate the writing process.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS),
• Experience with popular online marketing platforms/tools.
• Experience delegating, setting goals, and reviewing performance.
• Strong in project management
• Ability to train junior team members on tools, processes, and best practices.
• Passion for exploring and using AI for automating marketing processes.

• Experience with managing and promoting podcasts.
• Minimum of 2 years experience working virtually.
