Job Overview

This is an All-Around Virtual Assistant position where you will be responsible for key aspects of running our store, including product research, listing products, and creating engaging creatives. The job follows a clear structure, and once you understand the process, it will become straightforward.

Must-Have Knowledge of These Platforms:
Shopify (for store and product management)
Canva (for designing creatives)
Meta Ad Library (for analyzing ad creatives)
Google Sheets (for reporting and tracking)
Slack (for team communication)

Responsibilities:
? Product Research – Identifying profitable products and analyzing market trends
? Product Listing – Creating engaging and high-converting product descriptions and pages
? Creatives Creation – Designing eye-catching ads, images, and promotional content
? Ad Analysis – Researching and analyzing competitors' ads using the Meta Ad Library
? Reporting & Optimization – Maintaining reports on product performance and store improvements
? General Store Management – Assisting in running and optimizing the store efficiently

What We Expect From You:

???? Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
???? Availability for at least 40 hours per week (starting part-time with a two-week trial before moving to full-time)
