Flycore is seeking a B2B SaaS Sales Representative
Join our sales team to help expand our presence in the general aviation market.
Key responsibilities include:
Drive new business acquisition in the flight school segment
Manage full sales cycle from prospect to close
Build relationships with aviation decision-makers
Hands-on sales experience
Work directly with aviation businesses while learning from experienced sales leaders.

You will
As a B2B Sales Representative at Flycore, you will:
Generate and qualify leads
Identify and pursue opportunities within the general aviation market
Execute consultative sales process
Build relationships with flight schools, charter operators, and MROs
Collaborate with the broader team
Work closely with marketing and product teams to drive customer success
Meet and exceed sales targets
Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and expansion
You have
An interest in aviation
Passion for flying or aviation industry knowledge is a must
Proven B2B sales experience
2+ years of experience in SaaS or technology sales
Strong sales fundamentals
Experience with consultative selling and solution-based sales approaches
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quotas
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools
Excellent communication and presentation skills
What does success look like?
A successful Sales Representative will consistently expand our customer base and revenue. They will become familiar with our product suite in the first month and complete their first deal. By month three, they should be independently managing their pipeline and consistently closing new business. Success in this role could lead to senior sales positions, where they would have the opportunity to take on larger territories or move into sales leadership roles. Most importantly, they will play a crucial role in helping aviation businesses modernize their operations and improve their customer experience.
