### **Key Responsibilities**

- **Customer Engagement:** Spend 50% of your day on the phone, connecting with new customers, leads, and cleaners.
- **Booking & Quoting:** Book new customers and provide quotes for potential leads.
- **Dispatch & Support:** Manage dispatch, offer ongoing support to cleaners, and resolve customer disputes.
- **Issue Resolution:** Address and resolve both cleaner and customer issues.
- **Hiring:** Assist with hiring qualified cleaners to join our team.

### **Qualifications**

- **Excellent English Communication:** Must be very confident on the phone.
- **Experience:**
- **Virtual Assistant:** 5+ years of professional experience.
- **Sales:** 3+ years of sales experience.
- **Customer Support:** 3+ years of experience providing top-notch customer support.
- **Remote Work Setup:**
- A dedicated at-home computer setup.
- High-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload).
- Computer mouse.
- Quality microphone headset or a good quality mic.

### **Job Details**

- **Salary:** Starting at 35,000 PHP per month (~600 USD)
- **Shift Type:** Full time 40 hours a week
- **Business Hours:** Monday - Saturday 8am to 7pm
- **Time Zone:** Eastern Standard Time (EST)
