E-Commerce VA: Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, Social Media, Print-on-Demand, & More

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to support and optimize our e-commerce operations, including print-on-demand platforms like Printify, Printful, ShineOn, and TeeLaunch.

Responsibilities:

Manage platforms like Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, Walmart, and eBay.
Conduct in-depth product research using tools like EverBee, eRank, Google Trends, and other analytics platforms.
Perform market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
Manage SEO-optimized product listings to enhance visibility.
Handle print-on-demand processes, including platforms like ShineOn and TeeLaunch.
Process orders, manage refunds, and provide excellent customer support.
Set up and manage social media shops (FB, IG, TikTok) and ads.
Automate workflows using Zapier and analyze data with Google Analytics.
Create compelling graphics, product visuals, and promotional content.
Qualifications:

Proven experience managing Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and other print-on-demand platforms like ShineOn and Tee Launch.
Expertise in research tools like Ever Bee, eRank, and Google Trends.
Strong analytical skills for identifying winning products and market opportunities.
Proficiency in SEO, graphic design, and business automation.
Skilled in social media management and video editing.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
