Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager to lead both inbound and outbound sales efforts while proactively identifying new business opportunities. This role requires a strategic thinker and skilled relationship builder who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have a hunter mentality, excelling at lead generation, client engagement, and deal closure within the outsourcing/offshoring or BPO industry. The successful hire should be comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with internal teams to drive revenue growth and expand market reach.
Lead Management & Conversion
•Handle and qualify inbound and outbound leads to maximize conversion rates.
•Develop strategies to nurture and move leads through the sales funnel efficiently.
•Identify and prioritize high-value opportunities for long-term partnerships.
Prospecting & Business Development
•Proactively source and engage new leads through various channels, including:
•Cold calling and
•LinkedIn networking and direct messaging
•Attending industry events and conferences
•Leveraging referrals and strategic partnerships
•Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth.
Client Relationship Building
•Develop strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their business needs and position tailored outsourcing solutions.
•Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and negotiations to establish trust and close deals.
•Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations based on industry best practices.
Sales Strategy & Execution
•Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
•Implement effective sales methodologies and best practices to improve outreach success.
•Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Sales Forecasting & Reporting
•Maintain accurate sales data in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).
•Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights to leadership.
•Analyze sales metrics and adjust strategies to optimize revenue generation.
Skills & Experience:
•5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the outsourcing/offshoring or BPO industry.
•Demonstrates a hunter mentality with a strong ability to generate outbound leads and close deals.
•Proficient in CRM tools (preferably Salesforce & HubSpot)
•Possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills.
•Deep understanding of the outsourcing landscape and the ability to tailor solutions to client needs.
•Results-driven environment and is motivated by additional earning potential through commissions
Salary: P70,000 - P90,000 a month
