We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant & Admin / Social Media Marketing Specialist to support our growing business. This role requires a proactive individual with experience in Canva, social media management, marketing, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative duties, assisting with content creation, and maintaining our brand presence across multiple social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Virtual Assistant Tasks:
Manage
Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and calls.
Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and CRM tools.
Conduct online research and compile reports as needed.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents.
Perform general admin duties such as data entry and file management.
Social Media & Marketing Tasks:
Create, design, and schedule social media posts using Canva.
Manage and update social media accounts (Instagram,
Write engaging captions and social media copy that align with our brand voice.
Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages on social platforms.
Assist in social media content strategy and planning.
Research trending content, hashtags, and industry best practices.
Edit and repurpose video content for short-form platforms (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
Track social media performance and generate reports.
Marketing & Branding Tasks:
Assist with content creation, branding, and visual identity across platforms.
Support with online promotions, campaigns, and engagement strategies.
Help create
Maintain a cohesive brand aesthetic across all digital channels.
Stay updated on social media trends and provide recommendations for growth.
Requirements:
? Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Social Media Manager, or Admin Assistant.
? Proficiency in Canva – must be able to create high-quality, aesthetically pleasing graphics.
? Social Media Expertise – understanding of Instagram,
? Strong English Skills – excellent written and verbal communication.
? Marketing Knowledge – basic knowledge of content marketing, branding, and engagement strategies.
? Tech-Savvy – comfortable using project management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or Notion).
? Excellent Organization Skills – ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines.
? Detail-Oriented – strong attention to detail with minimal supervision.
? Reliable & Self-Motivated – able to work independently during the graveyard shift.
Preferred Skills (Not Required, but a Plus!):
Basic video editing (CapCut)

Work Schedule & Compensation:
Shift: Graveyard Shift (CST Timezone)
Work Hours: Flexible, but must be available during assigned CST hours.
Pay: $600 USD per month
Remote Work – Must have a stable internet connection and access to necessary tools.
