Web Designer & Developer | Intermediate Video & Graphic Editor | Social Media Manager |

Hello, I am looking for a Web Designer & Developer who also has intermediate Video & Graphics Editing skills, and some Social Media Management. This role requires someone who excels in innovation and creativity.

About the Position:
The main focus of this role will be web design and development, and you should be highly proficient in creating modern, user-friendly websites. Video & Graphic editing is also essential and some social media management skills would be great, but not needed.

Work Hours: Approximately 15-20 hours per week, with the potential to transition into a full-time role as the company continues to grow. We are on track for steady growth this year and so this is a great opportunity for someone looking for a long-term position with the chance for full-time, long-term employment over the next 1-2 years as of now, there are currently x3 team members, myself and x2 other talented individuals. Bonuses and equipment incentives are available. Training and support from myself and other team members will also be provided.

Responsibilities:

-Web Design & Development: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of websites, ensuring they are visually appealing, functional, and user-friendly. Proficiency in WordPress, Wix, or custom web development and other website Ad-ons is required.
-Video Editing: Edit engaging, high-quality videos for social media platforms and for corporate projects (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
-Social Media Management: Manage and oversee our social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and engagement with the audience. You'll develop strategies and content to drive growth and interaction across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
-Graphic Design: Excellent Graphic design is a must and knowledge in photo editing is preferred.

Technical Requirements:

Web Design: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with platforms such as WordPress, Wix, or custom web development.
Video Editing: Experience with editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Editing high-quality videos, including color correction, sound mixing, and creating engaging content for social media.
Social Media Management: Expertise in Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok content creation and analytics.
Strong internet connection and a decent PC capable of handling 4K footage for video editing.
Bonus Points for:
-SEO and website optimization knowledge.
-E-commerce platform experience (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
-Experience with advanced Instagram Reels and short-form video content.
