Job Overview:
REV Productions is a fast-growing real estate media agency specializing in high-quality visual content for top real estate professionals. We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Real Estate Photo Editor to join our team. You will play a critical role in delivering flawless photos to our clients within a strict 8-hour turnaround time. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, time management, and creativity to maintain our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Edit HDR real estate photos, twilight photos, and virtual twilights to ensure high-quality, visually appealing results.
Object removal experience required (clutter, blurring photos, removing personal items)
Process and deliver high-resolution images only (our system automatically generates MLS and print versions).
Adhere to company standards for color correction, exposure balancing, sky replacement, and image enhancement.
Meet all deadlines and ensure a flawless customer experience through high-quality work.
Follow the company workflow in REV Tonomo Booking Portal to locate, download, edit, and upload deliverables.
Utilize Dropbox to manage and submit final image uploads.
Monitor the Slack #creative channel for updates, feedback, and team communication.
Check off completed tasks in the Post-Production checklist before submission.
Submit an itemized invoice after completing assignments.
Work Schedule:
9:00 PM PST: Log in to REV Tonomo Booking Portal
9:00 PM - 5:00 AM PST: Edit assigned photos
5:00 AM PST: Upload completed photos
5:00 - 6:00 AM PST: Handle revisions if required


Qualifications:
Experience: 2+ years in real estate photo editing.
Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop (or similar editing software).
Technical Expertise: Strong grasp of HDR blending, color correction, sky replacements, and general real estate photo enhancement.
Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain consistent quality and correct minor imperfections.
Time Management: Capable of meeting tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
Communication: Ability to respond promptly and professionally via Slack and email.
Availability: Flexible to work during the scheduled editing window and manage fluctuating workloads.
Additional Information:
Pre-Approved Overtime: If multiple projects are in the queue, editors can automatically work overtime to meet deadlines without seeking prior approval.
Workload Variability: Some days may require longer hours (up to 12 hours), while others may have lighter workloads (as few as 4 hours).
Consistency & Creativity: Every photo should tell a compelling visual story while maintaining our high editing standards.
