About the Role:
Are you a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for connecting with people? We're seeking a skilled Outbound Real Estate Appointment Setter to join our team and play a vital role in our lead generation process. In this work-from-home position, you will be responsible for contacting potential property sellers, qualifying their interest, and scheduling appointments for our acquisition specialists. While real estate experience is a plus, we're primarily looking for someone with exceptional communication skills, a tenacious work ethic, and a proven track record in outbound sales or cold calling. We provide comprehensive training and a structured call script to empower you for success.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactive Outreach: Execute a high volume of outbound calls to pre-qualified leads, utilizing a structured script to guide conversations effectively.
Needs Discovery: Engage with potential property sellers to understand their motivations, assess their property, and determine if they meet our investment criteria.
Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified appointments for our acquisition team, ensuring accurate information is captured and communicated.
CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records of all call activity, including call outcomes, follow-up tasks, and prospect information within our CRM system (e.g., Podio, Salesforce, etc.).
Relationship Building: Develop rapport with prospects, handle objections with professionalism and empathy, and build trust to foster positive relationships.
Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, appointment setting rates, and conversion ratios.
Collaboration & Feedback: Work closely with the team to refine calling strategies, share insights, and contribute to continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Proven Experience: Demonstrable experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or appointment setting is required.
Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills. Ability to articulate clearly and persuasively.
Sales Acumen: A natural ability to connect with people, build rapport, and handle objections effectively.
Resilience & Persistence: Comfortable with making a high volume of calls and handling rejection gracefully. A positive and persistent attitude is essential.
Self-Motivation: Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Tech Proficiency: Comfortable working with CRM systems and other lead management tools.
Real Estate Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with real estate principles is a plus, but not required. We will provide training.
