Job Summary:
We are seeking a Bilingual French-Speaking Customer Service Representative to provide top-notch support to our customers. The ideal candidate is fluent in both French and English, possesses excellent communication skills, and is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both French and English.
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing.
- Provide accurate and efficient resolutions to customer issues.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional and friendly support.

Requirements:
- Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related roles is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus.
