We are also developing a platform called REI Link. All our companies operate within the real estate industry, either investing in real estate ourselves or helping other real estate investors achieve financial independence through the services we offer.

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Web Dev Manager to lead and oversee our team of web designers and builders. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Done For You (DFY) lead manager to ensure the seamless execution of web design projects that meet client requirements and maintain our high standards for quality and performance. Your team will also create new website templates for our Hosting company that align with our standards.
Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of web designers and builders to achieve project goals and meet deadlines effectively.
- Project Oversight: Coordinate with the DFY lead manager to translate client requirements into actionable tasks and oversee the execution of web design projects from start to finish.
- WordPress Expertise: Supervise the creation, customization, and optimization of WordPress websites, ensuring high performance and SEO compliance.
- Beaver Builder Proficiency: Guide the team in utilizing Beaver Builder to design, customize, and manage layouts and themes across projects.
- Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for the DFY lead manager, ensuring all project specifications are understood and met by the team.
- Quality Assurance: Implement thorough QA testing processes to ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and provide actionable feedback to the team for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing a team of web designers and developers.
- Advanced knowledge of WordPress, including theme customization and plugin management.
- Strong proficiency with Beaver Builder and its ecosystem.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with task tracking and workflow management tools, such as
- Excellent eye for detail and web design
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies or Scrum practices.
- Background in SEO and website performance optimization.

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm EST with a 1 hour unpaid lunch
Pay: depending on experience to start. Room for financial growth.
