Job Overview
We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) to handle personalized outreach to TikTok creators and influencers, inviting them to join our affiliate program. The ideal candidate is comfortable with influencer research, crafting compelling outreach messages, and tracking responses.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify & Research: Find TikTok creators whose content aligns with our brand (health, wellness, fitness, lifestyle, etc.).
Personalized Outreach: Send customized messages to potential affiliates through TikTok, Instagram, and email.
Follow-Ups: Maintain communication with creators who show interest, answer their questions, and provide onboarding details.
Tracking & Reporting: Keep detailed records of outreach efforts, responses, and successful sign-ups.
Affiliate Support: Assist with onboarding new affiliates, providing them with assets, tracking links, and guidance on how to promote the brand effectively.
Optimization: Continuously refine outreach strategies to improve response rates and conversions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Excellent written English – ability to craft engaging and professional messages.
Experience with influencer outreach, affiliate marketing, or social media marketing is a plus.
Comfortable using Google Sheets, Notion, or CRM tools to track outreach efforts.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple conversations at once.
Self-motivated with a keen eye for finding the right influencers.
Understanding of TikTok trends and creator engagement strategies.
