We are looking for a Sales and Student Retention Manager & Personal Asistant to join our team and drive student enrollment, retention, and alumni engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
? Sales & Lead Management – Handle incoming leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email, conduct sales consultations, and personalize course offers.
? Student Retention & Support – Engage with current and former students to boost satisfaction and re-enrollment.
? Alumni Relations – Develop collaboration programs, workshops, and marketing strategies for alumni.
? Data & Performance Tracking – Analyze sales performance, conversion rates, and marketing effectiveness.
? Executive Assistance – Manage Yehuda’s schedule, meetings, and administrative tasks.
? Marketing & CRM Management – Oversee sales systems, optimize digital funnels, and coordinate promotional campaigns.

Ideal Candidate:
? Fluent in English – Russian and Spanish speakers are a big plus!
? Strong sales and customer service skills
? Experience with CRM tools (Tilda, HubSpot)
? Organized, data-driven, and results-oriented
? Excellent communication and relationship management
