Responsibilities:
Develop, launch, and manage Google Ads and
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and targeting strategies.
Research and implement effective keywords and audience targeting techniques.
Prepare regular reports on ad performance, metrics, and KPIs.
Suggest and implement new strategies for better engagement and conversion rates.
Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising.
Requirements:
Experience in running video ads on Youtube and FB is a must
Proven experience in Google Ads and
Strong understanding of PPC, CPC, and CPM strategies.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other ad management tools.
Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Strong communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with programmatic advertising is a plus.
Familiarity with retargeting strategies and lookalike audiences.
Knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Work Schedule:
Part-time position: 4-5 hours per day
Flexible working hours, but must meet deadlines and performance goals.
