We are seeking a skilled Dispute Manager to join our team and handle customer disputes with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and resolve disputes related to payments and transactions.
• Handle disputes across multiple platforms, including PayPal, Stripe, and Airwallex (experience with Airwallex is a plus but not required).
• Communicate effectively and politely with customers to understand their concerns and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve disputes in a timely manner.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in managing disputes, preferably with knowledge of payment platforms such as PayPal, Stripe, and Airwallex.
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a polite and professional demeanor.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain composure under pressure.
Pay is excellent and this will be a part time engagement with bonuses, and paid holiday leaves.
