Go High Level Membership Portal Specialist

We are a company dedicated to helping pet breeders become more ethical and successful in their practices. Our goal is to provide comprehensive training, support, and resources through a membership portal, ensuring breeders have the tools they need to excel. We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented individual to help us build and maintain a Go High Level membership portal that will positively impact breeders worldwide. Part-time (with potential to increase hours based on performance)

Responsibilities:
1. Membership Portal Creation & Management

*Design and set up a Go High Level membership area dedicated to breeder education.
*Organize course modules, videos, and resources in a clear and user-friendly interface.
*Ensure a seamless user experience, from onboarding to course completion.

2. Content Integration & Optimization

*Collaborate with the team to upload new materials, such as videos, PDFs, and quizzes.
*Optimize the membership platform for user engagement and retention.
*Update and maintain course content to keep it fresh and relevant.

3. Marketing Funnel & Automation

*Assist in creating marketing funnels, landing pages, and automation workflows in Go High Level.
*Implement lead capture tools and email sequences to nurture potential and existing members.
*Track performance metrics and recommend improvements.

4. Technical Support & Troubleshooting

*Resolve any technical issues that members or team members encounter within the platform.
*Provide ongoing support to ensure smooth operation and high customer satisfaction.
*Proactively identify potential bugs or process bottlenecks and fix them quickly.

5. Collaboration & Growth

*Work closely with the leadership team to brainstorm new features and improvements.
*Offer feedback on member engagement strategies and propose innovative solutions.
*As the company grows, take on additional responsibilities and expand your role within the team.

Qualifications & Skills:

-Proven Experience in Go High Level or similar membership site platforms.
-Strong Understanding of funnel building, email automations, and lead generation tactics.
-Excellent Organizational Skills and attention to detail, especially in managing online course content.
-Technical Problem-Solving abilities to address potential bugs or user-experience issues.
-Good Communication Skills for collaborating with a remote team and supporting members.
-A Positive, Can-Do Attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
(Bonus if you have experience or interest in pets, marketing strategy, or community management.)
