Our luxury MedSpa is looking for a Lead Generation & Sales Specialist to attract, convert, and close leads while selling packages and memberships!

Responsibilities:

Customer Service Representative/ Data Entry/ Cold Calling
Generate and follow up on high-quality leads
Call potential clients to close deals & book appointments
Sell MedSpa packages & memberships
Track and optimize conversion rates
Develop and execute lead generation strategies
Manage social media ads & email campaigns
Track and optimize conversion rates
Work closely with the marketing team

Qualifications:
Experience in sales & lead generation (MedSpa experience a plus!)
Strong closing & negotiation skills
Confident, professional, and results-driven
Ability to build relationships & exceed sales targets

Experience in digital marketing & lead generation
Strong knowledge of Facebook & Google Ads
Excellent communication & analytical skills
