You’ll be responsible for sourcing top talent (editors, admin staff, etc.), managing payroll, and supporting the team’s growth and well-being.

What You’ll Do:
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Source, screen, and hire remote editors, admin staff, and other roles.
- Lead the onboarding process to ensure new hires align with our culture and goals.
- Payroll & HR Administration:
- Manage payroll for remote employees and contractors.
- Maintain contracts, employee records, and ensure compliance with policies.
- Employee Performance Management:
- Track performance, manage feedback cycles, and run performance reviews.
- Ensure teaUpgrade to see actual infombers meet company standards and provide growth opportunities.
- Culture & Engagement:
