I'm looking for a highly experienced transaction coordinator for a long term position within my team. I'm looking for someone who has at least 2+ years experience working with a US based real estate agent/broker/team leader handling the transaction coordination from opening to closing. This includes listing MLS entry, speaking with other agents/buyers/sellers throughout the process (so must be highly fluent in English and comfortable on the phone), handling paperwork/addendums/getting documents signed etc. Also looking for someone with experience handling social media accounts and social media video/posts/graphics creation as well as marketing content creation/design. I also need someone who will handle client care, both past and present. Checking in, getting reviews, offering CMA's/other items of value and handling all of the touchpoints associated with connecting with clients. Must have experience in the following:
** Transaction Coordination – From listing to closing, managing paperwork/deadlines/communication with all parties (will be using Transactly)
** Listing Management – Photos, descriptions, and MLS uploads
** Client Follow-Ups
** Scheduling & Appointments
** Admin & Paperwork – Contracts/addendums
** Marketing Assistance – Social media content creation/video content creation/marketing/flyers/social media engagement
I'm open to both part time and full time depending on what you have experience accomplishing. I'm also open to a split shift, a few hours first thing in the AM and a few hours in the evening if that would accommodate your schedule.
