JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a versatile Marketing & Social Media Manager to join our team and help drive the success of our brewery and coaching businesses. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual with a passion for crafting compelling marketing campaigns, optimizing customer engagement, and driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Social Media for the Brewery:

Manage and grow social media platforms and update the website to increase foot traffic and brand awareness.
Create landing pages and optimized content to simplify information sharing during networking efforts.
Develop creative and engaging marketing campaigns, including videos, social media posts, and event promotions.
Consistently post and maintain up-to-date event listings across the brewery’s website and social media channels.
Identify and implement cost-effective alternatives to the current social media service provider to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Marketing Support for Coaching & Mastermind Business:

Optimize and maintain website, landing pages, and marketing funnels to improve user experience and conversion rates.
Strategize and promote Kim’s medical leadership coaching programs to engage and attract potential clients.
Manage email marketing campaigns, social media presence, and audience engagement to support the growth of the coaching business.
CRM & Customer Engagement:

Leverage the Toast POS system to analyze and utilize customer data (email addresses, phone numbers, etc.) for targeted marketing initiatives.
Set up and manage text marketing campaigns, leveraging their effectiveness in driving customer engagement over traditional email.
Collaborate with the app development team to integrate marketing efforts with the brewery’s upcoming app.
