Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Recruiter / Sourcing Specialist who can help us identify, attract, and onboard talented virtual assistants. This role will start as a part-time position with the potential to grow based on performance and agency needs.

Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and recruit qualified virtual assistant candidates.

Post job listings on various platforms and manage incoming applications.

Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Coordinate and schedule follow-up interviews with hiring managers.

Maintain a database of candidate profiles and recruitment records.

Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

Provide regular updates on recruitment progress.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a recruiter, sourcing specialist, or similar role.

Familiarity with virtual assistant roles and the skills required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and online sourcing tools.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience recruiting for virtual assistant agencies or remote roles.

Knowledge of job boards and sourcing platforms relevant to virtual assistants.

Understanding of remote work culture and dynamics.
