Graphics/Operations Assistant

A US-based custom apparel startup is seeking a reliable, entrepreneurial, and detail-oriented Graphics/Operations assistant to join their team! The company helps groups looking to purchase custom logo’d performance apparel, primarily targeting military units, law enforcement, fire departments, and other types of service organizations.

Est. pay: $1200 USD/month
Type: Ind. Contractor, Full time (40 hrs week)
Shift: US PST business hours, PH night shift

Responsibilities include:
•**Primary Responsibility**: Intermediate level graphic design work and logo editing - **Canva and Illustrator**
•Work alongside the founder to help process +/- 80 group apparel orders/month: from initial logo design requests to product selection and launching of an online store.
•Detailed data entry and order mgmt, including logos, products, and statuses - **Trello**
•Build online stores through Inksoft or OrderMyGear
•Communicate with customers via email and phone to keep the order process moving

Ideal candidate skills and experience:
•High proficiency with Canva and Illustrator (intermediate graphic design, logo editing, and mockup creation)
•Tech Savviness - experience with Trello and other software tools
•Great written and verbal English communication skills
•Tech startup, Shopify, or custom apparel experience a bonus
•PH night shift experience
