What You’ll Do
- Leverage Indeed and our ATS (Crelate) to source top candidates using Boolean search, X-Ray techniques, and strategic outreach.
- Manage job applicants and ensure only qualified candidates are moved forward in the hiring process.
- Message and engage passive and active job seekers through Indeed and Crelate, ensuring high response rates.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and recruiters, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Optimize sourcing workflows to increase efficiency, track outreach results, and improve candidate engagement.
- Stay ahead of recruiting trends and identify new sourcing strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Who You Are
- Experienced in candidate sourcing with a strong focus on Indeed and ATS management.
- A Boolean search expert who knows how to find candidates others miss.
- Tech-savvy recruiter who can leverage Crelate, LinkedIn, and sourcing tools to streamline hiring.
- Strong communicator who can craft compelling outreach messages to engage candidates.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions at once.
- A proactive problem solver who takes initiative and enjoys continuous learning in recruiting tech.
