Position: On-Call Graphic Designer (Hourly Rate)

Join Rocky Mountain Oils' creative team and help us create visually stunning designs that showcase our premium essential oils. We're seeking a talented graphic designer available on-call to support our ongoing design needs across all digital platforms.

+Employment Type:
On-call / As-needed basis
Hourly compensation
Must be available during business hours when called upon

+Key Responsibilities:
Design engaging website banners and slider graphics
Create email marketing campaign visuals
Develop social media graphics and templates
Create graphics for FB ads and Google ads
Design blog post featured images and infographics
Produce marketing collateral for digital campaigns
Create product photography layouts
Design promotional graphics for seasonal campaigns
Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
Update existing graphics as needed
Create engaging lifestyle and wellness-themed visuals

+Required Skills:
Proven experience in digital design
Proficiency in using Canva
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong understanding of current design trends
Experience in email marketing design
Knowledge of web design principles
Ability to create responsive designs
Strong typography and layout skills
Eye for composition and color theory
Quick turnaround capabilities
Experience in e-commerce design is a plus
Knowledge of wellness and natural products industry is beneficial

+Additional Requirements:
Must have experience as a Virtual Assistant (VA) or Executive Assistant (EA)
Highly trainable and adaptable
Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with the marketing team
Must have experience with Illustrator, as you will need to use it for any label designs and edits

+Compensation:
$5 to $9 per hour
Competitive hourly rate
Bi-weekly payment schedule
Schedule:

+Mondays to Fridays, 8 AM to 5 PM EST
