We are seeking a talented

What We Require:
Must be available during 2:30 AM IST to 12 PM IST.
Must be available on Saturday To Wednesday (Thursday & Friday Off)
Technical Proficiency:
Deep expertise in Ads Manager, including custom and lookalike audiences, retargeting, and conversion tracking. Proficient in various ad formats (carousel, video, collection) and placements (feed, stories, in-stream). Skilled in setting up and troubleshooting
Strong ability to structure campaigns, optimize budgets, and run A/B tests for creatives, copy, and audience segments. Experienced in scaling campaigns while ensuring cost efficiency. Proficient in analysing campaign data via Ads Manager and third-party tools, delivering insights to improve performance.
Expertise in audience targeting using demographic, geographic, and behavioural data. Knowledgeable in landing page optimization to enhance conversion rates. Focused on rapid scaling and lead acquisition with strong analytical skills to adjust campaigns based on CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
Continuously updated on Meta’s advertising policies and best practices, with a testing mindset to experiment with new features and strategies for improved results.
