JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We are looking for a curious and patient Account Executive (AE) to sell high-performance electric motorcycles. This is not a traditional sales role where closing on the first call is expected. Instead, we need an AE who is skilled at understanding the deeper motivations behind why someone wants a motorcycle—whether for cost savings, lifestyle change, or practical commuting.

You will guide potential buyers through a 14-step sales pipeline, ensuring they are fully informed and confident in their decision. Success in this role depends on your ability to ask the right questions and uncover true buyer needs, not just take surface-level answers at face value.

What You'll Be Doing:
-Engage with potential buyers, guiding them through the sales process with patience and curiosity
-Ask insightful questions to uncover real motivations and potential objections
-Educate buyers on the benefits of electric motorcycles based on their specific needs
-Manage and track prospects through a structured 14-step sales pipeline
-Build and maintain long-term relationships rather than pushing for an immediate close
-Work US time zone hours (40 hours per week)

What We're Looking For:
-Sales experience required – preferably in consultative or high-ticket sales
-Strong questioning skills and a natural curiosity about people's motivations
-Ability to balance persistence with patience—this is not a high-pressure sales role
-Experience managing a structured pipeline and following a clear process
-Comfort working remotely and independently
