Recruitment:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job descriptions.
• Post job openings on various job boards and company career pages.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Assist in the selection and hiring process, including reference checks and background screening.
Payroll Management:
• Process and manage payroll for all employees accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state payroll regulations and tax requirements.
• Address payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies promptly and professionally.
HR Administration:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and HR databases.
• Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, orientation, and exit interviews.
• Manage employee benefits programs and support employees with benefit-related inquiries.
Company Culture, Employee Engagement and Performance Appraisal:
• Organize team-building events, recognition programs, and other initiatives to promote a positive work environment.
• Act as a point of contact for employees seeking support, guidance, or conflict resolution.
