About Us:
Mindful & Co Kids is on a mission to help children thrive through mindfulness. Our online course is designed to empower parents and educators with tools to support kids’ emotional well-being. We’re looking for a Kajabi expert who can help us scale and market our evergreen course to maximize impact and revenue.

Who You Are:
You’re a Kajabi pro with a deep understanding of course marketing and scaling low-ticket evergreen programs. You know how to optimize funnels, increase conversions, and drive consistent sales without relying on live launches. You have hands-on experience in growing evergreen courses profitably through Kajabi’s tools, email automation, and data-driven strategies.

What You’ll Do:
Optimize & Scale: Refine our Kajabi setup to increase conversions, automate sales, and scale effectively.
Marketing & Funnels: Improve and optimize email sequences, landing pages, and sales funnels to maximize revenue.
Paid & Organic Growth: Implement strategies for driving traffic through organic marketing and paid ads, including retargeting.
Community & Engagement: Develop engagement strategies to increase completion rates and customer retention.
Data & Performance Tracking: Set up tracking to analyze KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and implement data-backed improvements.
Affiliate & Partner Growth: Help expand our affiliate program to drive consistent evergreen sales.
Must-Have Experience:
? Kajabi mastery – You deeply understand Kajabi’s ecosystem, including automation, sales pipelines, and checkout optimization.
? Evergreen course scaling – You have a proven track record of growing low-ticket evergreen courses profitably.
? Conversion optimization – You know how to tweak funnels, emails, and checkout pages to increase conversions.
? Paid & organic traffic growth – Experience with meta ads, email marketing, SEO, and content marketing for courses.
? Affiliate & partnership strategy – Ability to set up and grow an effective affiliate program for sustainable revenue.
? Data-driven mindset – You track performance metrics and continuously optimize based on results.

Nice-to-Have:
Experience with subscription models or membership communities
Strong copywriting skills for course sales pages and emails
Knowledge of parenting, wellness, or mindfulness markets
