Client Support & Delivery Lead

Office-based in Dumaguete/Home-based [HYBRID setup]

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Support & Delivery Lead to join our remote team. If you have strong leadership skills, experience in client support, and a passion for process efficiency, we want to hear from you!

Role Overview
As a Client Support & Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the client support team, ensuring smooth communication between clients, lease executives, and internal teams, and managing the successful delivery of Lease1+ services.

Key Responsibilities
Client Support Management – Oversee the client support team and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Lease Brief Processing – Manage the intake, tracking, and execution of lease briefs with Lease Executives.
Workflow Optimisation – Improve internal processes for handling client requests efficiently.
Performance Tracking – Monitor response times, resolution rates, and client satisfaction.
Collaboration & Reporting – Work closely with the Operations Manager and Team Leader to provide updates.

Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 1 year of experience in client support, operations, or service delivery (preferably in a remote setting).
Strong organisational and leadership skills with experience managing a small team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency required).
Ability to multi-task, prioritise work, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in CRM tools, task management systems (Asana, Trello, or ClickUp), and Google Workspace.
Experience in property leasing, real estate, or business services is a plus!
