Automation & API Integration Specialist

We are seeking a highly tech-savvy Automation & API Integration Specialist with expertise in workflow automation, API integrations, and debugging. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Twilio, GoHighLevel (GHL), and other relevant automation tools, capable of handling complex automation setups, troubleshooting API issues, and optimizing systems for efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain advanced workflow automations across multiple platforms.
• Integrate APIs to streamline processes and improve system efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and debug API and automation-related issues quickly and effectively.
• Optimize Twilio and GoHighLevel (GHL) setups to enhance performance and reduce errors.
• Monitor and enhance automation workflows for better scalability and efficiency.
• Ensure seamless data flow between tools and platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and drive innovation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in automation, API integrations, and workflow optimization.
• Proficiency in Twilio, GoHighLevel (GHL), Zapier, Make (formerly Integromat), and similar tools.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve API-related issues efficiently.
• Experience with webhooks, JSON, REST APIs, and authentication protocols.
• Ability to analyze and optimize existing automation processes for better performance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Tech-savvy mindset with a passion for automation and efficiency.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with CRM systems, SaaS tools, and cloud-based platforms.
• Basic knowledge of scripting or programming languages (JavaScript, Python, etc.) is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-driven automation and chatbot integrations.
