Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Cold Calling / Appointment Setter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients in the healthcare and legal sectors, with the goal of setting appointments for our sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to engage potential clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to healthcare providers and legal firms to introduce our services.
Identify decision-makers and establish connections with potential clients.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our call center services.
Schedule appointments for the sales team to discuss our services in more detail.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to refine scripts and improve calling strategies.

Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting, preferably in the healthcare or legal industry.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional and engaging phone presence.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
